Let guests join while you make their coffee
Place the QR stand on your counter. Guests scan it and add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet while they wait for their order, without downloading an app.
Add a stamp at the till
Your barista opens the staff scanner on a phone or tablet and scans the guest's code. The stamp appears on the Wallet card, the reward unlocks when the required count is reached, and another scan redeems it.
Send a reminder when a coffee is close
With Pro, approve the wording once for automatic welcome, near-reward and win-back messages. Pro also lets the card appear on the lock screen when a guest is near your café.

Can I choose how many coffees earn a reward?
Yes. When you design the card, you decide how many stamps earn a reward. Coteria keeps the count and unlocks the reward when the final stamp is added.
Does each barista need a separate scanning device?
The staff scanner works on any phone or tablet. Your team opens it and scans the guest's code, with nothing to install on the till.
Can both of my cafés share one member base?
Yes. Pro supports multiple locations with one member base and reporting both across locations and for each counter.
