Can I use points if my pastry orders vary in value?
Yes. Coteria offers points cards where points follow spending, with progress shown on the pass. You can choose the type for each card and run more than one type.
How does my counter team redeem a free pastry reward?
The reward unlocks when the required stamp count is reached. Your team uses the staff scanner to scan again and redeem it, on a phone or tablet.
Does a regular lose their bakery stamps when they change phones?
No. They open their join link again on the new phone, and the card returns with their stamps intact.
